Which DSLR?

Hi Gang
I’m in the market for a new camera ... I’ve looked at several, the Canon EOS 50D, the 7D and the EOS 5D Mark II and have tried to compare them with their Nikon counterparts, namely the D90, D300s and the D700. (I believe that the D90, D700, the 50D and 5D Mark II may be due to be upgraded to newer models so I’m thinking a bargain could be had on those models in the not to distant future) Should I go for a full frame sensor as in the D700 and Mark II or buy one of the other models and buy better lenses with the saving

If any of you own the above models could you please give me an unbiased review of there good and bad points and general handling characteristics.

I would go and have a feel at them all, there are so many arguments/discussions regarding the various models Ed. Cant say any more than that as mines only a D80.
